The Stonehenge Skirmish returns for its 4th year on Saturday 5th September 2026 and is once again part of the EDGA Tour.

Following the incredible success of last year's event, the club have been working tirelessly to follow it up. Being voted the EDGA Tournament of the Year really was a highlight of the year for Stonehenge Disc Golf Club members & committee. The recognition was a huge honour for the club and has inspired us to make this year's Skirmish even bigger and better.

The event will be a PDGA-sanctioned C Tier tournament held over 2 rounds on a 20 hole layout around the Amesbury course. Entry will include all the usual benefits that players have come to expect from a Stonehenge Disc Golf Club event:

• Free teas, coffees and pastries at registration
• Free BBQ lunch including a hot dog or burger and a soft drink
• Event closing CTP shootout with a cash prize
• Post-event social gathering

With the continued support of Amesbury Town Council and the Stonehenge Chamber, the club is looking to build on the success of previous years and deliver its biggest and best event yet.

Once again we will have Tomahawk Discs at the event to supply you with any disc golf needs on the day. We have plenty more planned and additional details will be announced closer to the event.

Please note that EDGA membership is required to compete. This event is part of the EDGA Tour and membership is required to play. You will remain on the waitlist until your membership is confirmed.

Entry is £30 for all players and amateurs will receive a Stonehenge Players Pack. There is a 5% service charge (£1.50) when registering, which is part of the Tjing system.

Please note that this does not include a player's pack disc.

Stonehenge Disc Golf Club Members: Due to the use of Tjing as part of the EDGA Tour, we are unable to set separate member pricing. Please speak to Ben, who will arrange your £5 member discount.

There are initially 72 places available, although this will be reviewed closer to the closing date depending on demand.

Divisions with four or fewer participants will receive a trophy for the winner only. Divisions with more than four participants will see vouchers and/or cash prizes awarded to at least the division winner, depending on division size.

Any profit generated by the event will be reinvested by Stonehenge Disc Golf Club to continue improving the course and to support the club's ongoing work with local community groups, including Cubs, Scouts and other youth organisations.
