The English Disc Golf Association has updated a number of its policies and launched a new online hub where members, clubs, volunteers, officials and partners can find the latest information.
Our policies help set clear expectations for everyone involved in disc golf. They support our commitment to providing a safe, fair, inclusive and well-governed environment in which the sport can continue to grow.
The new policy hub brings together information covering key areas including:
- Safeguarding and reporting routes
- Conduct for players, volunteers and officials
- Data protection and privacy
- Inclusion and anti-discrimination
- Complaints, feedback and disciplinary processes
Creating a central home for this information should make it easier to find the relevant policy, understand how it applies and access the current approved version.
The hub will continue to develop as further policies are reviewed, approved and published. Current documents will also be made available through EDGA’s wider Document Library, alongside governance documents, official guidance, AGM materials and other association resources.
We encourage everyone involved in English disc golf, particularly club organisers, event teams, volunteers and officials, to familiarise themselves with the updated information.
If something is unclear, you cannot find the document you need or you think an important policy is missing, please contact EDGA so your query can be directed to the Secretary or the appropriate Board member.
