Town Hall Meetings - English Disc Golf Association

EDGA is opening the first of the 2026 Town Hall meetings. The date will be 17/02/26 at 20:00 online using Google Meet.

A Town Hall meeting is a forum where Members of the EDGA are able to engage with members of the committee in open dialogue regarding a list of published topics, updates, announcements and pre-submitted questions. The meetings will have an agenda (published with the meeting link) and each item will have a time slot.

These meetings aim to provide a simple way to keep communication open between the EDGA Committee and EDGA Members so that updates, ideas and information can be shared without relying on scattered conversations or lost to social media noise. To assist with this, ‘Meeting Notes’ will be shared with Members, highlighting the topics and points discussed, and News items will be published on the website.

As everything discussed in these forums will be related to the EDGA and its Members, the meetings will be open to current EDGA members only.

If you are a current EDGA Member and have a specific question you would like to raise, then please complete the form below. The committee will endeavour to address as many questions as is reasonable in the time allowed, so the more specific your question is, the greater the chance of it being discussed.

Questions submitted up to 20:00 on 15/02/26 will be reviewed for the meeting on the 17th Feb. Anything submitted later than this will be reviewed for the following meeting.

When the meetings run

The current plan is to hold one meeting in each quarter. This will be reviewed following the first meeting.

What happens after each meeting

Any announcements, updates, questions, comments, and responses will be collated into notes to be shared with the Membership. News-specific topics will be uploaded to the EDGA website.
