Because the old EDGA website did not use passwords, everyone (new and returning members) must follow these steps to get started.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Before you can join or renew, you must create a new account on the site.
- Returning Members: You must use the same name and email address you used on the old EDGA website. This ensures the system recognises you and automatically brings across your Lifetime EDGA Number.
- New Members: Simply follow the prompts to create your profile.
Step 2: Join or Renew
Once your account is created and you are logged in, head to our membership page:
Click the Join/Renew button to complete your registration for the 2026 season.
Step 3: Instructions for Junior Members (Under 18s)
We have introduced new safeguarding measures for our younger players.
- Adult-Led Accounts: Juniors can no longer have their own separate login. An adult (parent or guardian) must create an account first.
- Managing Juniors: From the adult account, you can add one or multiple juniors.
- Cost: Junior membership is free. Adults who are only registering a junior do not need to pay for a membership themselves unless they also wish to play.
- Eligibility: A “Junior” is anyone who is aged 18 or under at any point during the membership year (January to December 2026).

This is a safeguarding update. Following UK sports best practices, all under-18s must be linked to a responsible adult’s account to ensure data privacy and clear communication lines.
That’s fine! An adult account is free. You only pay if you want to purchase a membership for yourself.
